By entering and using https://www.jillbedfordphotography.com (the “Web Site”) and/or by purchasing an authorized photographic print created by me, Jill Bedford (the "photographer" or "artist") either through the web site or at an Art Festival or Exposition where the photographer is displaying her work (the "artistic assets"), you are entering into an agreement to be bound by and to protect and enforce the Terms and Conditions of Use and Sales as stated herein.
Unless expressly noted, everything that you see or receive (the “Contents”) through the Web Site, or the "photographer", is copyright and intellectual property owned by the photographer.
The sole purpose for making the photographer's photographic images (the "images") available for public viewing through the Web Site is for the conveyance of information necessary to assist in the informed and legal purchase of her photographic prints for the personal enjoyment and collection by her customers.
No Rights to Reproduction and/or Copying are Implied, Permitted, or Granted.
You agree and clearly understand that you may never copy or reproduce, by any method, any photographic image or portion of an image, either in digital form or from a photographic print for any purpose. This includes for purposes of displaying, reselling, or distributing such images, either in whole or in part. Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to creating a film-based, and/or digital-based photograph using the artist's photographs (including a copy of an original photograph...you get the idea).
In addition, you understand and agree that no person or process under your command, employ, direction, or association, nor any entity, including a corporation or any other business, may copy or reproduce the images, either digitally or from original prints, either in whole or in part, for any purpose--as doing so is in direct violation of the photographer's Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights and is punishable by law.
Also, the act of purchasing the photographer's photographic prints, or having someone else purchase them on your behalf, does not convey to you or anyone else any right, title or interest in the artistic assets, other than to physically display (not digitally display), collect and enjoy her original, authorized artwork.
I alone currently produce my photographs, and only on archival paper, alone, or mounted on acid-free museum board, each of which are personally signed by me. Anything else is unauthorized and illegal. I do not print on CANVAS, nor do I authorize others to do so.
Unauthorized Digital and/or Print Communications:
Jill Bedford encourages and welcomes the sharing of links to this Web Site and may provided social media options to facilitate this. However, no Rights are Implied, Permitted nor Granted for the redistribution of this website, either in whole or in part, through the use of iFrames or any other presentation technique that would deliver its copywritten content through another website or medium, without first receiving the written permission of its author, the photographer.
